A cyclist was hit by the Kiskun IC going from Szeged to Nyugati railway station on Thursday afternoon, the accident happened in Üllő.
Due to the accident, trains could not run at the Üllő station and between Üllő and Monor, MÁV-START ordered replacement buses to transport passengers.
Journey times on the Budapest-Cegléd-Szolnok-Nyíregyháza-Záhony and Budapest-Szeged lines increased significantly.
