We’d better get ready for tomorrow’s heat and take steps to protect ourselves from the strong UV-B radiation that can be expected.
The National Meteorology Service calls the attention to the fact that on Friday, the UV-B radiation will be very strong, it will exceed warning limits. The Service asks the public to be on guard against solar radiation and the risk of sunburn. If possible, sun exposure should be avoided between 11 am. and 3 pm. Wearing straw hats and T-shirts that cover the shoulders and applying sunscreen products are highly recommended. Redness may occur on normal skin after merely 15-20 minutes of sunbathing.
